Recognizing the immense potential of e-Governance projects being implemented through National e-Governance Plan, to bring in efficiency and effectiveness in citizen-centric services, socio-economic transformation, especially in the fields of education, health, skill-building, entrepreneurship and in creating employment opportunities, various e- Governance initiatives taken up by Central and State Governments.

Having implemented wide variety of e-Governance projects of various dimensions under the aegis of both Central and State Governments, it is considered to be extremely important to reach out common people at large ‘(People are the Purpose)’ and disseminate information on the projects to assess impact of these projects on peoples’ daily life.
